All units are through-the-building, with views both to the northeast and the southwest.

All units enter from the lake side via an outside covered walkway, no long musty hallways.

A friendly staff is available including a 24/7 doorman.

All elevators lockout for security.

All parking is covered, under the building.

 

Our large heated pool has just been refurbished and new pavers installed on the deck.

 

 

We have dockage for owner's boats in the rear of the condo along Sunset Lake. There are fresh water and electrical hookups for each boat.

 

Other than the condo units themselves the most spectacular amenities of the condo are the views.
